Wilbur came from a farming family but began cabinet-making as a hobby 30 years ago. He learned the basics from his then father-in–law, Joe Kenneth Humphreys, and for many years Wilbur used his woodworking talents to build cabinetry for family and friends.In 2002, after several lean farming years, Wilbur opened Rucker’s Custom Cabinets as a sideline business to supplement the family income. The business grew quickly, and in 2008, Wilbur’s son Jesse joined the business as a partner.The partners and their employees look forward to the continued growth of the business and are committed to providing a quality product at an affordable price.
